Our Mission: We are your neighborhood ON-TIME specialists. Founded in 1993 by Eric Enriquez

and Darrin Guttman, Rescue Roofer grew rapidly to meet the urgent demand for quality roofing

across Southern California. Today, operating across multiple states including Texas, our singular

mission is to change the construction experience with top-notch people and thorough, proactive

communication.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether

personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and JRG Roofing Services Inc. dba Rescue Roofer

("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services, websites, and

communication channels. By engaging our services or opting into our communications, you agree that you

have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Rescue Roofer is a professional roofing contractor providing comprehensive roofing services primarily

within the United States of America. We are committed to on-time service and proactive communication

throughout your construction or repair project.

3. Communications, SMS, and AI Agents

Thorough and proactive communication is the cornerstone of our mission. By providing your contact

information and opting in, you expressly consent to the following communication methods:

SMS Messaging: We utilize SMS text messaging primarily as a tool to remind clients of appointment

times, project updates, and upcoming meetings. Standard message and data rates may apply. You

may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages.

artificial intelligence (AI) agents to conduct phone calls with opted-in users. These AI agents may call

to gather project details, schedule appointments, and collect preliminary information regarding your

From time to time, Rescue Roofer may offer specific promotional campaigns, such as our summer re-roof

trade-in programs or seasonal discounts. These promotional offers are subject to specific terms,

exclusions, and expiration dates (e.g., September deadlines for summer programs) as outlined at the time

of the offer. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotion at our sole discretion.

5. User Representations

By engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and contact information

you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity to enter into these

Terms; and (3) you are the authorized owner or representative of the property for which you are requesting

roofing services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRG Roofing Services Inc. dba Rescue Roofer shall not be liable for

any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or

communication channels, including any issues stemming from third-party SMS gateways or AI

communication platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. JRG Roofing

Services Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Orange County, California shall have

exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
